House Bill 1736, sponsored by Representative Andy Holt (R-76), and Senate Bill 2376, sponsored by Senator Mike Bell (R-9), would permit full-time employees of state public colleges or universities to carry a handgun while on property
- HB1409: Prohibits permit holder from carrying a gun in public park, arenas, stadiums, etc…
- HB1424: Decreases lifetime free for permit from $500 to $200.
- HB1456: Makes it a class E felony to attach a weapon to an unmanned aircraft (drone).
- HB1458: Makes a class E felony for reckless endangerment by discharging a firearm within a vehicle.

New California Law allows police to confiscate your guns without notice. Law enforcement can seize a person’s weapons for 21 days if a judge determines there’s potential for violence. This law strips a person of a core natural right without a trial, based only on hearsay evidence and is not remotely like “due Process.”
